To begin with, we're
UNCONVENTIONAL; From our business processes to our management style, we work with a

Conventional management believes that the most creative way to reward excellence in a role is to promote the
person out of it.  Greater pay, better perks and grander titles are only rewarded and compensated according to how
high you are on the corporate ladder.  These signals, although well intended, place every employee in an extremely
precarious position because to earn respect and the perks, he has to embark on the long and breathless climb. As
he takes each step up the ladder, the company is burning the rung behind him. He cannot retrace his steps, not
without being tarred with failure. So he continues the blind climb to the top and sooner or later he is in the wrong
role, clinging on, until the company pushes him off.  

A good salesperson does not have to be a manager to achieve greater benefits. These two roles require a different
focus, different strengths and different talents altogether, in order to excel.

The disadvantages of conventional practice are;

Each remuneration package is customised differently and according to the job role and the person's strengths,
enabling him/her to achieve their goals with least resistance while being rewarded with greater pay, higher perks
and more respect.

As you may already be aware, Skills, Knowledge and Experience are acquired while TALENT is in-born.  Our
systems support natural talent and reward them accordingly. The system encourages you to;

At MORIAS, the only person who limits his/her income is the person himself/herself. We do not put a cap on
earnings.  In fact, we want you to make your millions with us!  If you're making a million dollars a year, we would be
making 2 million because of your contribution!  Our business system makes this all very possible!

Here's a 3 Step remuneration plan of an Event Consultant's package at entry level

  1. Base Reward - X% of net profit made per project is YOURS!
  2. Bonus Rewards - Cash incentives when monthly targets are met.
  3. [bonus reward] + [base reward] = Take Home Pay
