As an independent consultant who provides valuable event advice, you will
promote and cross-sell the company's full-range of corporate event services to
meet your clients' objectives. You will be trained to conduct a ‘needs analysis’ to
determine the event needs and objectives of your clients and based on that,
provide the best solutions for them.
You will be expected to aggressively seek sales opportunities to meet demanding
targets and increase market share. At the same time, you will be responsible for
attending to your customers on all matters relating to their corporate event support
needs and ensuring that they are met.
You should have 4 'O' Levels, be service-oriented with good communication skills
and a flair for listening and understanding. You must be mature, goal-oriented,
self reliant and have the drive and determination to go the extra mile to excel in an
event sales career.
Your ultimate goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and client
retention in a dynamic environment. Passion in event planning is a must. Suitable
candidates can look forward to unlimited income, high commissions and cash
incentives, a stable business partnership and fast career promotion opportunities.
